Try it: take the last open seat
Problem
Workshops were assigned through Google Sheets and WhatsApp. Errors, lost rows, late cancellations.
My role
Sole product designer, about 3 months to handoff: 5 interviews across three roles, flows, UI, design language, then QA on the build.
Outcome
Used by about 500 guides. The hours coordinators got back went into closing more workshops, training more guides and keeping clients.

Try it: own the alert
Problem
When the central pager system closed, emergency reports scattered across phone calls and WhatsApp. Cases were missed or handled twice.
My role
Product designer of the security team’s app, working closely with the head of security and an external PM and developer.
Outcome
Live and in daily use by the security team: one view of every open case, a clear owner for each, and a full log.

Problem
Brokers match each farmer’s daily produce to what each wholesaler wants, every morning, on notes, lists and WhatsApp.
My role
Product designer for about 6 months, with a PM and the brokers’ lead: flows, UI and a full component library. The hard part was leaving out what got in the way.
Status
Taken to a development-ready finish. Not built: development was too costly for the client.

Every apartment, and all of them at once.

Try it: move an apartment to the next stage
Problem
A light-rail tender: hundreds of apartments, each entitled to different acoustic insulation, and a process that had worked in Excel at a smaller scale.
My role
Product designer for about 4 months, with a PM and a developer: learning their process and helping the team agree to change it for this scale.
Delivered
Stage tracking and task management on one style guide. Design and handoff; launched in 2025.

About

Hard-working. Precise. Team player.

Hi, I’m Neta. Since 2023 I’ve designed web platforms, mobile apps and complex systems as an independent product designer, taking them from the first interview to the developer handoff, usually in small teams and on tight timelines.

I come from graphic and industrial design, which taught me to care about how things look and how they work. I believe in practical creativity: clear structure, honest interfaces, purposeful interactions.

I’m always learning. A new tool, a new field, a new approach, all to design better, smarter, simpler.

How I work

01End to end

Interviews, flows, UI, design language and handoff, then design QA on the build. At HaMeorer: five interviews to a full system in about three months.

02Fast, not rushed

Short timelines without skipping the work that matters: research, wireframes, a style guide, and every state of every component.

03Small teams, short loops

I work directly with the people who decide and the people who build. No layers in between, nothing left to guess.

04A new field every time

Education, emergency response, produce trading, construction. I learn how the work really happens, then design for the people doing it.

Why in-house, why now

After almost four years of running every project end to end, I want to put that energy into the product itself: a steady team, a lead to learn from, and no more quotes and project admin.
